James was quick to find and fix the problem that I had with my Outlook but he didn't stop there, he also instructed me how use properly to avoid for the same issue to happen again. He has a very calming voice for those who are in panic mode. Highly recommended.

James was super helpful and managed to solve my printer woes! Although it took 2 sessions, one in the office and one remotely, James managed to get my wireless printer connected back to my laptop and got me up and running again. I have no hesitation recommending James if you need help with your IT.

He understood the requirements for increased security for my business and implemented additional security measures and back up options. I'm totally disinterested in IT but James explained the important things, in a way that I understand. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

As usual IT problems got the best of me so to save my sanity I contacted James who promptly responded and attended our office to fix the problem. I was having a lot of trouble with all my computer internet connections after the installation of a new modem as part of the upgrade on NBN. This included security cameras, printers and a digital switchboard. James arrived within 45 minutes of me calling him. . He was extremely knowledgeable, worked swiftly, unobtrusively and also educated me on the issues that were affecting the equipment. I was very impressed with his service and I would recommend him.
